Snee Farm is one of Mount Pleasant's most established and centrally located neighborhoods, situated adjacent to the Charles Pinckney National Historic Site and just minutes from the Towne Centre shopping district. The neighborhood takes its name from the historic Snee Farm plantation, once owned by Charles Pinckney, a signer of the U.S. Constitution. Today, the community is anchored by the Snee Farm Country Club and encompasses a diverse mix of housing options including single-family homes, townhomes, and condos. Prices range from approximately $385,000 for condos and townhomes to $1.8 million for larger custom homes on the golf course or in premium sections.

The Snee Farm Country Club is the social and recreational heart of the community, offering an 18-hole golf course, a swimming pool, tennis courts, and a clubhouse with dining and social events. Membership is optional and available at various levels. The neighborhood itself is divided into several distinct sections — including Snee Farm Lakes, Snee Farm Crossing, and the Fairways at Snee Farm — each with its own character and price range. Location is one of Snee Farm's strongest selling points. The Towne Centre, with its mix of national retailers, restaurants, grocery stores, and services, is less than a mile away. The neighborhood is zoned for well-regarded Charleston County schools, and the adjacent Charles Pinckney National Historic Site offers walking trails and a connection to the area's rich colonial history.
